Syracuse men's basketball coach Jim Boeheim's now infamous tirade at the end of the SU-Duke game made as many headlines as the loss did.
Now, the Hall of Fame head coach is admitting he went too far.
Boeheim appeared on "The Herd" on ESPN Radio Wednesday morning and said there was no question he went too far.
"In my mind, the game was over. That was really the call that got to me," Boeheim said.
He went on to say that it's something he'll have to live with, but still doesn't think the Orange would have had much of a chance to win given the score and time left on the clock.
Syracuse is now preparing for possibly its biggest game of the season so far - a matchup at Virginia with the ACC regular season title on the line.
The game is Saturday at 4 p.m. and will air on ESPN. We'll have Live with the Coach on TWC News after the game.
