CORTLAND, N.Y. - The SUNY Cortland football team let Framingham State get within a point with 3:38 remaining in the fourth quarter but the Rams' extra-point attempt hit off the goal post to allow the Red Dragons to hang on for a 20-19 win in the opening round of the NCAA Division III playoffs on Saturday.

SUNY Cortland advances to play Wesley (Del.) in the second round; the site will be determined on Sunday.
