ITHACA, N.Y. -- Four days of deliberations and there is still no verdict in the Corbin Whyte murder trial.

Whyte is accused of killing Paul Garcia in December of 2010. This is Whyte's third trial. The first two ended in a hung jury.

And Tuesday, this jury told the judge they were deadlocked. The judge read them the Allen Charge, which essentially tells the jury to go back and continue deliberations with an understanding that there is no one more qualified than them to come to a decision in this case.

The jury will be back at it again Wednesday morning.
