As you know YNN is a 24 hour news operation. Depending on when you watch you see faces that have become familiar to you. But, what you're seeing is actually the end result of a pretty lengthy process. Several teams of people are working hard to bring you the news you see each and every day. So, we decided we would bring you behind the scenes to see what it takes to get all of the information to you.

We start by going On the Job with YNN's Assignment Editors.

The YNN Sports team is fortunate to have that job, but it's not as easy as just reading scores. At YNN we have two audiences, those who watch us on air, and those who get their news by heading to our website. It wasn't too long ago that getting news on TV was the top priority, however, getting news online is now just as important because people are always connected to the internet. Photojournalist Jim Gibbons takes us On the Job with the YNN Web Department, a small group of people who are responsible for a very big task.
