NEW YORK STATE FAIR -- The strolling performers are always a treat at the fairgrounds.
The Living Statues tend to blend in with their surroundings. There are two of them, and they get into character by wearing metallic costumes and face paint.
They've also perfected their art by, go figure, standing completely still for long periods of time and they don't talk.
They work in various locations around the fairgrounds at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Some of the other strolling entertainers include the State Fair mascots "Pop" and "Candy,", the x-pogo stunt team, and Bandaloni the One Man Band.
