Romeo Williams Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison for Killing 70-Year-Old

It was a random crime with no apparent motive. Wednesday, a Syracuse teenager was sentenced for beating a 70-year-old man to death in a 7-Eleven parking lot in 2013.
