Governor Cuomo was on the road Thursday, celebrating decisions by a special board on sites for new casinos in New York State. The governor was forced by bad weather to skip a stop in Seneca County. As Bill Carey reports, some leaders down the thruway wish the casino board had skipped Seneca County altogether.
