SYRACUSE, N.Y.-- Fairgoers can sample a little of everything agriculture related at the Coliseum on Monday.
The annual Ag Extravaganza at the New York State Fair features livestock, produce and other informational displays.
It's a Labor Day tradition, giving fairgoers the opportunity ask questions of farmers.
"If you're here on Labor Day, you need to stop here. That's why we're doing more interactive things with the people. The vegetables and fruits have gotten much bigger. We've got interactive activities and stuff for the kids to do, and for the adults," said manager Mel Chesbro.
