SYRACUSE, N.Y.-- The State Attorney General's office is investigating an employee at the Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Registered nurse, Natalie Harris, is accused of grabbing a 92-year-old female resident by her arms and forcing her into a wheelchair, causing bruising.

An investigator said Harris falsified records to hide or conceal the act of alleged abuse.

Harris is charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, falsifying business records, and willful violation of the public health law.
