OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A group of Central Square teachers come together for a show of unity.
At the end of the school day Friday, they protested outside Central Square Middle School.
Teachers have been working without a contract since the end of last school year.
They claim they're among the lowest paid teachers in Oswego County, while the superintendent is among the highest paid.
Superintendent Joseph Menard issued a statement on the protests saying, “We have outstanding, caring staff at Central Square and we will continue to negotiate in good faith."
