CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. -- A man is accused of breaking into a Cortlandville business.
Sheriff's Deputies arrested 33-year-old John Delaney this week.
According to investigators, Delaney broke into the business on Route 281 early last Wednesday.
He allegedly stole a laptop, DVD player, keys and other property of employees, damaging some cabinets and desks in the process.
Delaney is charged with third-degree burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny.
