ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Oneida County mother is accused of driving high, with her 2-year-old son in the vehicle.

According to state troopers, 37-year-old Jaime Kilts from Oriskany Falls, was driving down North Main Street in the village last Thursday when she lost control of her SUV.

Investigators said it ended up striking C.W. Clark Memorial Library.

Troopers said she was under the influence of prescription medication.

Kilts was charged with aggravated DWI, DWAI drugs, child endangerment along with several other traffic violations.
