OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A former supermarket manager who was sued for sexually harassing employees has been arrested.
According to the Oswego County Sheriff's Department, Allen Manwaring was arrested on three misdemeanor counts of issuing a bad check.
Investigators say he wrote the checks to a business in the Town of Scriba.
Manwaring was also the center of a high profile civil suit.
While he was the manager of Paul's Big M in Oswego, several female employees accused him of harassment.
A federal jury ruled in favor of the plaintiffs three years ago.
Manwaring is scheduled to be in Town of Scriba Court on February 27.
