NORTH COUNTRY, N.Y. -- A State Trooper in the North Country is cleared of more rape charges.
Trevor Donah, 33, of Plattsburgh was found not guilty Wednesday on all counts related to accusations he attacked and raped a woman he knew.
Donah was convicted on misdemeanor charges, including two counts of assault and obstructing breathing.
Donah was arrested last year after two women claimed he attacked them.
A third later came forward with similar accusations.
He was acquitted at another trial last November of attempted rape and other charges stemming from an incident involving an ex-girlfriend in 2008.
