BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. -- Over in Baldwinsville plungers were in for a similar surprise, as they dove into the Seneca River Saturday afternoon.
The event was just one part of the Annual Big Chill weekend.
Over 150 people took part, to benefit the Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce and the Ronald McDonald House of Central New York.
"Oh it was unbelievable, it's the first time I've ever experienced this, this is my first year, I'm definitely gonna be back, it was definitely a shock but like I said, I had a ball and it's for a great cause so I'll do it every year," said Tyler Eustace, Liverpool Resident.
One group even took a few minutes in the water to throw the football around.
And after everyone was dried off, they could enjoy the "Best in Bowl" cook-off, and several other Big Chill events throughout the night.
