SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Crews are setting up for this weekend's New York Sportsman's Expo at the State Fairgrounds.

There will be all sorts of activities and exhibitors for outdoor enthusiasts.

The stars from Archer's Choice TV will be there Friday and Saturday, National Dock Dogs will compete all weekend, and Troy Landry from History Channel's Swamp People will be at the fairgrounds Sunday.

Organizers say the show continues to find ways to expand.

"We have grown by 30 percent every year, the last three years we've owned the show. We've actually put in 50 more vendors than we had last year. So there's a host of fresh faces you know for attendees to come and see," said John Lenox, Vice President of Wight Ox Enterprises.

The expo starts Friday at noon and runs through Sunday.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for seniors, veterans, firefighters, and police and $5 for kids. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
