SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The federal Department of Labor cites a local business for more than 20 violations. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration says some of the violations are repeat offenses.

OSHA Investigators inspected the Terrell's Potato Chip Company's plant back in June and recently released the citations. The papers show that the violations involve plant safety including guarding operating machinery, training for workers and some electrical hazards.

Terrell's has been fined more than $115,000 by OSHA. About $70,000 of that sum are fines from repeat offenses. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
