States of Emergency declared due to ice storm

NEW YORK STATE -- The current and anticipated ice accumulations across the area have Franklin and St. Lawrence Counties issuing States of Emergency.

Officials are urging people to stay off the roads and discouraging any unnecessary travel.

The State of Emergency in Franklin County is in effect until further notice.
