SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A man is listed in critical but stable condition after being shot in the back of the head in Syracuse.
Police said Sean Hunter was shot at the corner of Hope Avenue and Warner Avenue just before 5 a.m. Saturday.
According to witnesses, they dropped him off and he walked around the corner then returned with a gunshot wound to the back of the head.
Police said it went through his left cheek. He was taken to an area hospital, where he is being treated.
