ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Two men were arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol in Gouverneur for carrying a suitcase full of marijuana.

State police said 18-year-old Devin Riley of Massena and 22-year-old Carlos Rodriguez Jr. of Hogansburg were arrested during a traffic stop last Thursday on Route 11.

Border Patrol officers said they found a suitcase with thirteen pounds of marijuana inside the vehicle.

Riley and Rodriguez were turned over to state troopers at the Ogdensburg Port of Entry.
