NEW YORK STATE -- A former Onondaga County Corrections officer and substitute bus driver in the F-M district is now facing new charges. They stem from an alleged sexual relationship with a young teen girl in the Southern Tier.
In November, Frank Taylor, 48, was arrested in Manlius and charged with rape in the third degree. The victim was previously reported missing from her Hornellsville home and was allegedly found by officers inside Taylor's apartment.
Steuben County investigators say the relationship lasted more than a year.
Deputies say Taylor had sexual contact with the teen at hotels in the region. He's now facing three counts of rape in the third degree and three counts of child endangerment.
Taylor is being held in the Steuben County Jail.
