Conditions may be improving on Monday morning, but an overnight wintry mix kept roads slick during the morning commute. As YNN's Brad Vivacqua reports, the slippery roads have lead to several accidents.
CENTRAL NEW YORK -- Anyone heading to work on Monday morning is advised to take it slow on the roads.
A blend of snow, sleet, and freezing rain fell on Sunday night to create a slipper commute on Monday morning. Crews with the Department of Public Works have been hard at work treating the roads and highways in an effort to make them more manageable.
If you have time, warm up your vehicle before heading out, and be sure to exercise patience on the roads.
