ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A chance at a new trial for Stacey Castor has been denied.
The Onondaga County woman was convicted of killing one of her husbands and trying to kill her daughter.
The defense had questioned whether or not legal representation was present during an interview of Castor conducted by the sheriff's office. They wanted the conviction overturned and wanted to be given a new trial.
That motion was denied Thursday.
