OSWEGO, N.Y. -- Three people have been arrested in connection to an alleged meth lab bust in Oswego.
Syracuse Avenue was shut down for most of the day Wednesday while crews worked on the apartment building. Firefighters and an emergency response team with New York State Police secured the building while investigators searched the area.
According to police, several one pot, or "shake and bake" meth labs were seized. Frederick Carvey, 37, and Zechariah Morrison, 32, were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacturing of meth. Brittaney Perkins, 23, was charged with child endangerment in connection to the case.
Carvey and Morrison are pending arraignment, and Perkins was issued an appearance ticket.
