CORTLAND, N.Y. -- Police say a man driving a stolen car was caught going more than a hundred miles per hour on Interstate 81 Tuesday morning.

State Police say they pulled over Ronald Proctor, 55, of Niagara Falls, near Exit 10 in Cortland.

Authorities say Proctor did not have a license and was driving a stolen vehicle from the state of Delaware at the time. Troopers say he was also wanted by the Niagara Falls Police Department on a warrant for aggravated harassment.

Proctor was arraigned in Cortland town court and jailed on $5,000 bail. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
