On Monday shoppers can avoid long lines and take advantage of sales during Cyber Monday. YNN's Carmella Mataloni has more on some of the biggest deals around.
NATIONWIDE -- Millions of shoppers are expected to take advantage of Cyber Monday.
Last year, nearly 129 million people shopped on the web for Cyber Monday. According to the National Retail Federation, this year's number is expected to top more than 131 million.
Several stores began accepting Cyber Monday shoppers at midnight. Coupon codes and deals are what make this day so appealing.
www.iamthatlady.com and www.savings.com are two websites where you can find all the hot deals.
"We are going to be seeing a lot of online coupon codes, free shipping codes and just a lot of really deeply discounted items that we didn't see on Black Friday, so typically some things that I usually see a lot more of are hard to find items," said Lauren Greutman, a frugal living expert.
Another changing number is the way people actually make purchases. Nearly 24.8 million people will utilize mobile shopping instead of their computer while shopping on Cyber Monday. That trend has been growing for the past few years.
