ITHACA, N.Y. -- Jury deliberations will continue Tuesday in the Corbin Whyte murder trial.
Jurors asked the judge for another read-back of testimony, which will be given early Tuesday morning.
Whyte is accused of shooting and killing Paul Garcia in the parking lot of an Ithaca apartment complex. He has been charged with murder, robbery and tampering with physical evidence.
This is the third time Whyte's fate has been in the hands of a jury. The first two cases ended in mistrials when the juries could not reach a unanimous decision.
