ELMIRA, N.Y. -- The Elmira man who lead police on a manhunt has been indicted on nine charges.
Bradley Brown, 36, faces burglary, kidnapping and rape, among other charges. Police arrested Brown after he was spotted by neighbors in Southport.
Brown was pulled over in mid October for driving a stolen vehicle. Police later realized he was wanted by Tompkins County Sheriff's Deputies for a home break-in that happened in the Town of Lansing earlier that day. Investigators say Brown forced his way into a home on North Trip hammer Road and assaulted two people inside.
Brown also faces charges in Chemung County.
