OSWEGO, N.Y. -- An Oswego County teen will spend the next one-to-four years in prison for vehicular manslaughter.

Kori Gushlaw pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter admitting to driving drunk in a crash that killed Shane Hammond in November of last year.

Gushlaw was initially charged with several felonies and misdemeanors, but the prosecution agreed to drop those charges in exchange for the plea.
