This Sunday marks a somber anniversary as 20 years ago, on December 21, 1988, terrorists brought down a Pan Am Airlines jumbo jet over Lockerbie, Scotland. That day, 270 people lost their lives, dozens with ties to Upstate New York. Our Bill Carey, reporting from Lockerbie, said it took years for those accused in the case to finally be brought to justice.
